Using Kvention

Kvention is a tool for building and running your own online store. These terms apply when you sign up, run a store, or sign in to your admin. By continuing at sign-up you agree to them.

You need to be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian agree for you, and the details you give us (your email, store name and contact details) should be true.

You sign in with a code sent to your email. Keep your email account safe: anyone who can read it can sign in to your store.

Your store and what you sell

Your store, products, photos and customers are yours. You are the seller: you set the prices, take the orders, send them and handle returns. Kvention is not a party to the sales on your store.

Sell only things you are allowed to sell in Pakistan, and only use photos and text you have the right to use. No counterfeit goods, nothing illegal, and nothing that misleads or harms people.

Your store shows your contact details, delivery charges and return policy. Keep them up to date and honour them.

We may hide a product or pause a store that breaks these rules or the law, or that customers report for fraud. You can contact us to find out why and to put it right.

Payments and orders

Your customers pay you directly: cash on delivery, a transfer to your bank account, or through your own PayFast account. Kvention does not hold your money and does not take a cut of the orders on your own store.

Card details are entered on PayFast's pages, never on Kvention. PayFast's own terms and fees apply to payments made through it.

If you join a marketplace or sales channel, its commission is shown before you join and applies only to orders from that channel.

Plans and billing

New stores get a 14‑day free trial with the Basic features. No card is needed for it.

Paid plans are paid in advance, for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months, by card through PayFast or by bank transfer. Prices are shown on the pricing page in Pakistani rupees.

When a paid period ends you have 7 days to renew. After that your store moves to the Free plan and keeps working within its limits. Nothing is deleted.

If we change a plan's price, the new price applies from your next payment, never to a period you have already paid for.

Your data and privacy

We keep what we need to run your store: your email and name, your store's content, and your orders and customers' delivery details. Pictures are stored with our storage provider (Cloudflare R2).

We use your customers' details only to run your store (orders, delivery messages and their own account on your store). We do not sell your data or your customers' data, and we do not show ads on your store.

Kvention staff look at a store only to keep the service safe (for example reviewing reported products) or when you give support access from your admin, which ends by itself.

You can download your products as a spreadsheet at any time. To close your store and have its data removed, contact us.

The service

We work to keep Kvention fast and available and to fix problems quickly, but we cannot promise it will never be down or never lose data. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot lose (your products export as a spreadsheet).

Kvention is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for lost sales or profits, for what sellers sell, or for problems with couriers, banks or PayFast.

We may improve or change features. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we tell you in your admin or by email before the change applies.

You can stop using Kvention at any time. We may close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms.
