Do I need a card for the free trial?
No. Every new store gets 14 days with everything in Basic. No card, no payment details.
What happens when the trial ends?
Choose Basic or Pro, or do nothing and your store moves to Free. Nothing is deleted: products above the Free limit stay, you just can't add new ones until you upgrade.
How do I pay for my plan?
By card through PayFast, or by bank transfer. Pay for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months; 6 months saves 5% and a year saves 15%.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Pay for a new plan any time; if you renew early, the new time is added to the end of what you already have.
What if I forget to renew?
You get 7 days of grace with everything still working. After that your store moves to Free, with nothing deleted.
Does Kvention take a cut of my sales?
Not on your own store, on any plan. Marketplaces show their commission clearly before you join.
