Kvention is a store builder for small businesses in Pakistan. This policy covers the Kvention website, the merchant admin on the web and the Kvention app for iPhone and Android. Questions: email hello@kvention.com or use the contact form.
What we collect
Your account: your email address, and your name and phone number if you add them.
Your store: what you put in it: name, logo, products, photos, prices, settings and policies.
Orders: your customers' names, phone numbers, addresses and what they ordered, so you can deliver.
Technical data: sign-in sessions (the device type and network address), and cookie-free visit counts for your store's analytics. We do not use advertising trackers, and the app has no ads.
How we use it
To sign you in (we email you a one-time code), run your store, show you your orders and sales, and send the emails you ask for. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.
The app and your phone
The app asks for the camera or your photos only when you add a product picture, and uses them only for that picture. Your sign-in is kept in your phone's secure storage. The app does not track your location.
How long we keep it
While your account is open. When you delete your account, your details are removed and your stores close; order records your customers made stay only as long as the law requires, then they are deleted.
Deleting your account
In the app: More → Delete my account. On the web: kvention.com/delete-account. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
Your rights
You can see and change your details in your admin, export your products, and ask us for a copy of your data or to correct or delete it by emailing hello@kvention.com or through the contact form. Kvention is not meant for children under 13.
